Packet pickup will be held at the location listed below. UNLESS YOU PURCHASED RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP OR PAID TO HAVE YOUR PACKET SHIPPED TO YOU, YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PACKET AT THE WEBSTER SUN & SKI LOCATION DURING ONE OF THE TIMES LISTED BELOW.

Packet Pickup Rules
Bring your QR code that we email you the week of the race. This will help move the line faster.
Bring your government issued photo ID.
You may now pickup other people's packets besides your own but you must have the other person's registration QR code, a copy/photo of their photo ID, and handwritten or digital (email/text) permission to do so.
It is your responsibility to check your bag before you leave to make sure your packet contains all necessary items.
Packet Pickup Items
The following items should be in your bag when you leave packet pickup:
1x Swim Cap (Tri & Aquabike only)
3x Helmet & Bike Sticker Numbers - Often stacked and stapled together.
1x Run Bib Number
1x Event Cycling Jersey OR Event Unisex T-Shirt (whichever one you picked during registration)
Packet Item Placement
Timing Chip & Strap
Each person's timing chip and ankle strap will be velcro'd to their assigned spot in transition next to their number on the bike rack. Claim this race morning in transition by taking it off the rack at your spot and putting it on your left ankle. Please return the chip and strap at the end of the race as soon as you cross the finish line.
Packet Shipping Add-On
WE SHIP PACKETS ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO PAID FOR THE ADD-ON OPTION DURING REGISTRATION. If you purchased race packet shipping, we will send a padded envelope 1-2 weeks before the event, with tracking included. ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. During registration, confirm your shipping address. If your address changes, log in to update it. Lost packets marked as delivered may be replaced for $50; they must be picked up on designated days or race morning. If packets are lost in transit, they will be replaced at no cost.
Race Morning Pickup Add-On
No race morning packet pickup unless pre-purchased. If you added packet pickup to your registration, collect it at the Jaycee Pavilion in Bay Street Park before transitioning. Packets will be ready starting at 5:00am. Please pick up by 6:30am to set up and leave by 7:00am. Timing chips for race morning pickup are on the racks like others.
