Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be held at the locations listed below. UNLESS YOU PURCHASED RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP OR PAID TO HAVE YOUR RACE PACKET SHIPPED TO YOU, YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PACKET DURING ONE OF THE DESIGNATED TIMES LISTED BELOW.
Packet Pickup Rules
Bring your QR code that we email you the week of the race. This will help move the line faster.
Bring your government issued photo ID.
You may now pickup other people's packets besides your own but you must have the other person's registration QR code, a copy/photo of their photo ID, and handwritten or digital (email/text) permission to do so.
It is your responsibility to check your bag before you leave to make sure your packet contains all necessary items.
Packet Pickup Items
The following items should be in your bag when you leave packet pickup:
1x Swim Cap (Tri & Aquabike only)
3x Helmet & Bike Sticker Numbers - Often stacked and stapled together.
1x Run Bib Number
1x Event Cycling Jersey OR Event Unisex T-Shirt (whichever one you picked during registration)
Packet Pickup Item Placement
Timing Chip & Strap
Each person's timing chip and ankle strap will be velcro'd to their assigned spot in transition next to their number on the bike rack. Claim this race morning in transition by taking it off the rack at your spot and putting it on your left ankle. Please return the chip and strap at the end of the race as soon as you cross the finish line.
Race Packet Shipping - 100 Spots Available
WE ONLY SHIP PACKETS TO THOSE THAT HAVE CHOSEN AND PAID FOR THE ADD-ON OPTION IN THEIR REGISTRATION. If you purchased race packet shipping we will address and stuff a padded envelope and send it to you 1-2 weeks prior to the event. We do have tracking on these envelopes. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. During registration we ask you to confirm your shipping address. If you choose race packet shipping that shipping address provided is where the packet will be shipped to. If your address changes it is your responsibility to sign into your registration and change your shipping address so that the packet is shipped to the correct address. Lost packets that show as delivered via the tracking number and were correctly sent to the athlete provided shipping address, may be replaced at a cost of $50 to the participant and the athlete must pickup the new packet either at one of the in-person packet pickup days or race morning at the event. If the package shows that it is lost in transit and never made it to it's destination it will be replaced at no additional charge to the participant.
Race Morning Packet Pickup - 100 Spots Available
THERE IS NO RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP UNLESS YOU PURCHASED THE OPTION BEFOREHAND. If you purchased race morning packet pickup as an add-on to your registration, you will pickup your packet at the Jaycee Pavilion in Bay Street Park the morning of the event on your way to transition. We will have all packets pre stuffed and ready to be picked up starting at 5:00am. Please claim your packet no later than 6:30am to allow enough time to get down to transition, setup, and exit by 7:00am. Timing chips for race morning packet pickup are on the racks just like everyone else.
